Cancellation Policy

Please note all deposits are non refundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively. If you wish to reschedule, we kindly ask you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to accommodate others and ensure that your needs are met without delay. Cancellations at 24 hours will be charged 50% of service amount. A full 100% amount would be due if canceled the day of appointment.
